Welcome & Introduction

Thank you for considering a homeopathic consultation with me.
I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on your path toward greater self-regulation and vitality.
Please take a moment to read the following information. By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1. Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract is established when you book an appointment via Acuity Scheduling or through direct agreement (e.g. email or WhatsApp).
By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
No service will be provided without explicit consent to these conditions.

 

2. Nature of the Service

I am a certified classical homeopath (hfnh), practicing in accordance with the ethical and quality standards applicable to complementary health professionals in Switzerland.

The services offered are based on the principles of classical homeopathy and include the structured exploration of symptoms and the individual recommendation of homeopathic remedies.

This is not a form of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment in the conventional sense, nor is it a substitute for medical or psychological care as defined under US or Canadian law.

I do not provide medical diagnoses or interpret laboratory or imaging data.
Consultations do not replace medical or psychiatric care. I explicitly recommend that you do not discontinue any existing medical treatment.

This consultation is intended solely as complementary support and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease as defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of the United States.

 

3. No Emergency Service

Please note that I do not provide emergency care.
In the case of acute or life-threatening symptoms, contact a licensed medical provider or the emergency services in your area.
Homeopathy may offer support, but it cannot replace conventional emergency care.

 

4. Communication & Technology

Consultations are conducted online, preferably via Zoom. In individual cases, other platforms (e.g.WhatsApp), may be used.
Please make sure to book using the correct time zone. If a link doesn’t work, we’ll find an alternative together.

In certain cases, I may ask you to send additional information or photos to support remedy selection. This is entirely voluntary and treated with strict confidentiality.

 

5. Contact Outside Consultations

Brief email exchanges between sessions may be useful—for example, to review progress or prepare for the next appointment. We will clarify together whether this is appropriate and to what extent.
Please note that this is not emergency communication, and no immediate response can be guaranteed.

You will also receive emails for organizational purposes (e.g. appointment confirmation, invoices, Zoom links) and occasional updates about services or offerings.
You may unsubscribe from informational emails at any time.

 

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance via PayPal or Square.
Prices are shown prior to booking and are listed in USD.

Full payment is the sole responsibility of the client.

 

7. Cancellations & Delays

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made later or no-shows will be fully charged.

Late arrivals will shorten the available session time; the full fee still applies.

 

8. Data Protection & Confidentiality

I adhere to the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and treat all personal and health-related information as strictly confidential.

Please note that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when using digital tools (Zoom, email, WhatsApp, etc.). I take all reasonable measures but cannot accept liability for technical risks beyond my control.

 

9. Professional Integrity

I work with care, respect, and a commitment to collaborative partnership.
My approach is rooted in the professional ethical guidelines of classical homeopathy as practiced in Switzerland.
As a practitioner, I see myself as a knowledgeable and supportive companion in your healing process.

 

10. Vouchers & Package Offers

From time to time, I offer gift vouchers and discounted package sessions:

• Vouchers apply to single consultations only and cannot be combined with other offers.

• Package deals come with defined conditions and timeframes, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 

11. Liability & Jurisdiction

Consultations are conducted at your own risk. Any liability for consequences resulting from consultations or remedy use is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

Swiss law exclusively applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
By booking, you explicitly agree to this legal jurisdiction.

 

12. Severability Clause

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid clause will be replaced with a legally valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
